China has a Fake Facebook Too
We know about Facebook and China, we also know that Google, Twitter , Facebook and many other websites are banned in china due to the security threat. People of china don’t have access to these websites.
Approximately 1.5 Billion people live behind the Grate Wall of China, out of which 30% have access to the internet.

Facebook has over 600 Millions registered users, which is half a dozen of the total population of the world and 1.5 Billion people don’t have got access to it at all.
So, this is where this website ( Copy of Facebook comes in the scene)

the netizens of china also want to enjoy the Social networking experience, so what if they can not access Facebook. They can have their own version of Facebook.
Yes they do have their own version of Facebook. RenRen is a Social Networking site and is as popular as Facebook is in the world.
Renren has over 165 Million users, was started by Wang Xing who dropped out of a PhD program at the University of Delaware and returned to Beijing to create a local version of Friendster. It flopped. Two years later, he heard about this new thing called Facebook and decided to copy it.
Few days ago I share a video of a Chinese Tablet PC which was a make of iPad. If didn’t know that they have got a Fake Facebook too.
