I have been using Skype for Video Conferencing and I think You too have used it at a point of time. Now you can do group Video calling with your friends and family. 

Currently Only four people can join the Video Conferencing but I think four people are enough if it’s for personal purpose.

Note: group video calling currently works with Skype 5.0 Beta for Windows only. Everyone on the call needs this version of Skype, otherwise the group video call won’t work.

Besides Group Video calling, you can do lot more things, like Skype to Skype free calls and affordable calls to Phones.
