Use Google Docs and access Files from anywhere
If you are still not using Google Docs to store and secure your office documents, you should start doing it. This is the most safest and easiest way to keep your files available everywhere you go with the access of internet.
Download this application from Google and you can upload all your doc, PDF, excel sheets to Google Docs. As you can see in the image above all you need to do is to run it and login, then you can drag and drop as many files you want to upload.
You can also upload documents with a Right Click of your PC’s Mouse if you select the option while logging in.
This simple application will do wonders for you if you have got multiple files to upload.
You can also open all your Doc files Directly in Google Docs which you get in your emails as an attachment. All you need to do is Enable this Feature from Labs which you will find under settings tab in you Gmail.
It is just like Gmail where you can categorize your Documents by labeling them. this really save a lot of time and resources.
